In this episode, Chris and I enjoyed a delicious bottle of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. My office manager and assistant, Jessica, gifted it to me with my name engraved—The Ray Lucia Jr. Edition. It’s quite a treat, with notes of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit, and spices. Sipping Woodford always brings to mind thoroughbred horse racing, and I’m especially looking forward to the Breeders’ Cup at Del Mar this week.
