I hope this email finds you well! I just wanted to share with you my latest episode of Vaulted Views, featuring human connection expert and tech entrepreneur Josh Hotsenpiller. He carried this same principle over into his tech ventures, where he mobilized his employees for social good. What he found was that fostering a sense of community can lead to profound impact and success.
Then there’s the adaptability factor. The COVID-19 pandemic presented enormous challenges, but Josh and his team saw it as an opportunity to innovate. They created virtual technology solutions that helped their clients transition into “remote engagement.” This adaptability not only helped them thrive during tough times but also opened new avenues for growth. The lesson here? Always listen to your customers and be ready to pivot when necessary.
